Join Fireblocks as a Workplace & Employee Experience Manager to enhance employee wellbeing and engagement in a dynamic digital asset environment. Competitive salary and benefits offered.
Description
Fireblocks’ platform and network provide the simplest and most secure way for companies to work with digital assets, trusted by major financial institutions and Web3 companies globally.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for NY employees on workplace, culture, and employee experience matters.
- Oversee day-to-day office operations: vendor management, supplies, logistics, building access, and creating a smooth, organized, and safe work environment.
- Partner with global Workplace & People teams to ensure alignment across sites.
- Plan and lead wellness, engagement, and bonding initiatives that support employee wellbeing and company culture.
- Organize and manage internal events, team gatherings, and celebrations for US-based employees.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and emergency procedures in the office.
- Manage and track the US Workplace & EX budget, keep updated records of expenses, and assist in budget planning.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in office operations, employee experience, administration, or people operations.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of emotional intelligence.
- Proactive and independent, you take initiative and ownership without waiting to be told.
- Passionate about building a great workplace and employee experience.
- Highly detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple priorities.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack). Prior experience in a global, fast-paced, or start-up environment is an advantage.
Conditions & Benefits
- Competitive salary range: $80,000 - $115,000.
- Total compensation package may include a target bonus, equity grant, and generous benefits.
