- Gather and analyze functional and non-functional requirements from stakeholders
- Engage in technical design: describe tasks, product use cases, estimate workload
- Create methodological materials: demos, instructions, user manuals
- Conduct audits, analysis, optimization, and modeling of business processes
- Test developed functionalities

- 3+ years of experience as a 1C Analyst
- Experience with BP/ERP/UT/KA (one of them)
- Experience with high-load systems (at least 1.5k users)
- Experience in development, optimization, knowledge of architecture in customized, self-written 1C systems
- Experience in integrations and testing
- Experience in refining 1C integrations with external systems via API
