CNP RUSSIA is looking for a 1C Developer to work on Trade Management 11 and AI tools. The role involves development, support, and integration tasks in a remote or hybrid format.
Description
CNP RUSSIA is the official representative of a foreign manufacturer of large engineering (pump) equipment. The products are used in construction, industry, and utilities.
Responsibilities

- Development and support of UT 11.4: extensions, external processing and reports, print forms, corrections in the main configuration
- Work through the configuration storage: capturing and submitting objects, conflict resolution
- Support for integrations and exchanges: with accounting and payroll, with CRM, EDI, uploads to the website; troubleshooting based on the registration log
- Regulatory tasks: monitoring work, diagnosing 'silent' failures
- Addressing user inquiries — from 'report does not match' to 'document is not processed' — with root cause analysis in the code, not just adjusting results
- Connecting and configuring MCP servers for tasks: agent access to metadata and configuration code, platform documentation, test database access
- Writing custom MCP tools (including in OneScript via oscript-mcp)
- Compiling a knowledge base on the platform and standards for semantic search, automating routine tasks

- 1.5–2 years of commercial development experience in 1C
- UT 11 or another configuration, important to know standard mechanisms, not just syntax
- Proficient in the built-in language and query language: batch queries, temporary tables, joins, ability to read others' queries
- Extensions: borrowing, &Instead / &After / &Before, understanding the risks of &Instead during updates
- AI: real experience with agent tools (Cursor, Claude Code, VS Code with plugins), understanding MCP (difference between server and client, what tools and resources are)
- Attention to detail in a production system: errors can halt shipments
