We are a media holding focused on digital performance marketing in the crypto sector, seeking a Business Development Manager to attract new advertisers and develop existing partnerships.
Description
We are a media holding in the field of digital performance marketing with a focus on Crypto. We develop our own projects and tools, actively using AI, automation, and analytics.
Responsibilities
What You Will Do:
- Search for and connect new partners, including through cold outreach;
- Process incoming requests and conduct negotiations;
- Develop, reactivate, and scale the current base of advertisers;
- Conduct calls and build long-term relationships with partners;
- Analyze traffic efficiency and connections: ROI, payout, volumes, etc.;
- Work with reporting, spreadsheets, and analytics;
- Participate in building processes and strategies for BizDev direction;
- Represent the company at international crypto conferences and develop the partner network.
Requirements
What Is Important:
- English B2+;
- Experience working with direct advertisers;
- Experience in Crypto / iGaming / Fintech / Affiliate Marketing is a big plus;
- Deep understanding of the CPA model, traffic types, and performance marketing;
- Knowledge of analytics tools, including Ahrefs and similar;
- Understanding of key metrics: registrations, deposits, retention, LTV, etc.;
- Experience working with fraud and anti-fraud systems;
- Strong negotiation and communication skills;
- Willingness to travel to relevant conferences.
