Responsibilities
- Process and register inquiries received by phone and email;
- Classify and route inquiries in the ServiceDesk system;
- Perform tasks related to inquiries within the provided authority;
Requirements
- Knowledge of PC at the Administrator level;
- Practical experience in IT;
- Technical support skills;
- Clear speech;
- Attention to detail;
