### Responsibilities: - Work with Telegram channels, chats, influencers, webmasters, and arbitrageurs. - Work with CPA / RevShare / Hybrid / fixed payment models for placements. - Negotiate placements and collaboration terms. - Provide partners with links, promo codes, and promotional materials. - Control placements: posts, pins, links, promo codes, and deadlines. - Maintain a partner database and record agreements. - Analyze partner effectiveness based on registrations, FTD, deposits, and profitability. - Interact with Risk/Fraud regarding fraud, multi-accounts, and bonus hunting. - Prepare proposals for scaling effective sources. - Disconnect or limit partners with low-quality traffic. - Participate in statistics reconciliation with partners. - Search for and connect partners in the CIS region. - Control traffic quality.

### Requirements: - Experience in Affiliate/iGaming/Betting. - Understanding of CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, FTD, GGR, NGR. - Experience in finding and managing partners. - Understanding of CIS traffic. - Ability to negotiate and agree on placements. - Ability to analyze not only the number of registrations but also the quality of players. - Responsibility and ability to record agreements.
