- Affiliate & Media Buying: Finding and purchasing traffic on top Adult platforms (Directories, NSFW AI catalogs, thematic forums, porn tubes, specialized Telegram channels).
- Negotiating with resource owners: Securing the best conditions (CPA/RevShare/Flat fee), purchasing premium placements, featured positions, and banner spots.
- Budget management: Full responsibility for the advertising budget. You decide where to buy ads for maximum ROI.
- Analytics and optimization: Constant monitoring of traffic quality. Quickly disabling 'junk' platforms and scaling combinations that generate sales.
- Finding new growth points: Expanding to new platforms—from Twitter (X) and Adult networks to affiliate programs.
- Experience in the Adult industry: You are 'in the know' about the specifics of the NSFW market, know where our audience resides, and understand how to convert male traffic.
- English (Upper-Intermediate+): Fluent communication with foreign publishers and network owners.
- Skills in 'aggressive' negotiations: Ability to bargain, justify high placement prices, and close deals on your terms.
- Mathematical mindset: Working with numbers is your forte. CPC, CPM, CR, ROI, LTV—you deal with these concepts daily.
