We are looking for a Senior Affiliate Manager to confidently manage partners, develop traffic, and scale the affiliate direction with us.
Responsibilities

- Independently manage and develop a pool of affiliate partners
- Oversee key partners and negotiate strategic deals
- Monitor traffic quality and prevent fraud
- Work with metrics (CR, ROI, LTV, ARPU, Retention) and make decisions based on them
- Develop processes, regulations, and the affiliate strategy itself
Requirements
Requirements
- At least 3 years in affiliate/partner marketing
- Ability to independently manage partners and be responsible for results without constant supervision
- Good understanding of affiliate metrics, tracking, and traffic economics
- Experience with Affise, Everflow, HasOffers, or similar systems
- English + strong negotiation skills
- Understanding of MENA / LATAM / Africa / Central Asia markets is a plus
