Looking for a Senior Affiliate Manager to develop and scale the affiliate network for an international iGaming company. Remote position available for candidates from Latvia, Lithuania, or Estonia.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Develop and scale the affiliate network.
- Find new partners and build long-term relationships with them.
- Manage current partners: discuss terms, monitor metrics, and identify growth opportunities.
- Work with CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid models.
- Analyze traffic quality and volume, conversion rates, and partner effectiveness.
- Participate in negotiations and agreement of commercial terms.
- Interact with internal teams regarding payments, postbacks, limits, offers, and other workflows.
Requirements
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing / affiliate management in iGaming.
- Experience in product will be a significant advantage;
- Experience working with international GEOs and partners.
- Ability to independently manage partners and develop long-term relationships.
- English language — from B2.
