Sweepstakes Casino is looking for an Affiliate Manager for the US market. The role involves managing affiliate partners from initial negotiations to scaling.
Responsibilities
- Search and attract affiliate partners in the USA
- Work with your base of active partners
- Manage the full cycle: search, negotiations, onboarding, launch, and scaling
- Agree on terms for CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid
- Analyze US traffic and player quality
- Monitor FTD, deposits, turnover, and profitability
- Develop current partners and increase volumes
- Work with affiliate platforms, tracking links, and postback
- Control KPIs and prepare reports
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in affiliate marketing in casinos, iGaming, or sweepstakes
- Currently working in this field or finished a project no more than 3 months ago
- Experience with US traffic and understanding of how sweepstakes casinos operate
- Have your active base of partners
- Know which traffic sources work in the USA
- Work with CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid
- Understand affiliate platforms and tracking
- Excellent negotiation skills
- English proficiency from B2, preferably C1
- Ability to work independently and results-oriented
- Be available during working hours: respond to calls from the manager or return calls within 15 minutes
Conditions & Benefits

- Schedule 5/2, from 15:00 to 00:00 Prague time
- $1,500 + KPI. KPI conditions are discussed individually, and you will be asked to explain how the bonus system was structured in your previous project during the interview
