Responsibilities

- Application & platform stability: Own the day-to-day running of Crypto Finance's wallet infrastructure, ensuring availability, stability, and performance in production.
- Production incident management: Act as the second line (L2) owner for production incidents — receiving escalations from first line (relationship managers, operations), owning triage and resolution through configuration changes, conducting root cause analysis, and escalating code-level defects to engineering (third line).
- Release management: Plan and coordinate platform releases with the engineering and QA team — scheduling, change control, pre-release validation, and post-release verification.
- Client integration & onboarding: Support institutional clients through integration and troubleshooting, ensuring each client passes conformance testing certification before going live in production.
- System configuration: Configure and maintain platform and application settings to meet business and client requirements.
- Ticket & backlog management: Open, track, and manage tickets for production issues and improvements, and maintain and prioritize the backlog.
- Continuous improvement: Evaluate platform performance and drive improvements to reliability, speed, and scalability.
- Delivery coordination: Support the Product Manager on ongoing initiatives and ensure platform upgrades are delivered on time.
- Stakeholder communication: Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, operations), institutional clients, and vendors to ensure the platform meets business needs and that issues are resolved promptly.
- Security & compliance: Ensure that the platform adheres to relevant security, regulatory, and compliance requirements, including DORA.
- Knowledge management: Maintain comprehensive platform documentation and a current knowledge base.

- Minimum 3 years of operating or managing production-grade financial technology platforms within financial services.
- Working knowledge of blockchain technology, transaction workflows, and wallet infrastructure setups.
- Proven experience in production incident management and root cause analysis.
- Experience coordinating releases and change management across technical and vendor teams.
- Strong understanding of API-based integrations and system connectivity (REST, WebSocket).
- Proficiency with ticketing and backlog management tools (Jira preferred).
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks relevant to financial markets (e.g., DORA).
