- Responsible for product vision, strategy, and roadmap of AI solutions using LLM and other machine learning technologies.
- Collaborate closely with Data Scientists and Software Engineers to create meaningful solutions.
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing and implementing NLP and AI solutions, such as AI assistants and AI automation platforms.
- Define team objectives, success metrics, and roadmap in alignment with company goals.
- Achieve measurable results for complex products in uncertain and fast-paced environments.

- Experience in developing and launching AI products/features from scratch.
- High level of analytical and technical skills, along with good business acumen and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in a data science or machine learning role.
- Proven responsibility for machine learning projects from design to implementation and iterations.
- Excellent proficiency in Python, SQL, or another programming language.
- Practical experience with deep learning libraries (TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, etc.).
- Knowledge of version control systems, model deployment, and development environments.
- Confirmed deep knowledge of mathematics and statistics.
- Entrepreneurial drive — never settle for less.
