Responsibilities
- Consult HR Partners on employee relations, employee development, and complex situations
- Manage complex ER cases, assess risks, and propose optimal solutions
- Oversee the full cycle of disciplinary processes, including investigations and conflict resolution
- Conduct internal investigations of potential employee misconduct
- Mentor HR team colleagues and develop approaches to employee relations
- Review and improve HR policies and programs to ensure fair treatment of employees
- Identify bottlenecks in processes and optimize HR workflows
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Employee Relations
- Education in HR or law, preferably with a specialization in labor law
- In-house experience with ER and knowledge of regional and local legislative requirements
- Experience in building Employee Relations processes and working with KPI-driven teams
- Independence, initiative, and strong analytical skills
- Ability to consult and train stakeholders at various levels
- Diplomacy, organizational flexibility, and ability to work in uncertain conditions
