- Manage Stripe’s critical bank partner relationships, focusing on executing joint initiatives and launching new offerings.
- Ensure best-in-class partner and deal management.

- Gather input from and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
- Identify partner stakeholders and build alignment between Stripe and partners’ executive teams.

- Design and develop new models for money movement and extensions of Treasury, Issuing, Capital, and Crypto use cases.

Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or related fields.
- Advanced knowledge of the banking and clearing landscape.
- Experience building proprietary global issuing, collection, and payout networks.
- Experience negotiating complex commercial deals with bank partners.
- Thorough understanding of fintech business models and compliance best practices.
- Proven track record in a product-centric environment.
- Deep experience executing industry-wide partnership strategies.
