Backend Developer Python

Responsibilities

• Internal implementation of CRM system as a developer
• Development, refinement, and creation of integration modules within the CRM system
• Optimization of business processes through automation based on ERP
• Collaboration with the team (product managers, developers)
• Participation in the architecture design of new features and their independent implementation
• Integration with existing systems
• Testing and support of your solutions
• Technical support for existing solutions in the company
• Preparation of technical documentation

Requirements

• At least 3 years of commercial development experience in Python
• Experience in team development using Agile methodologies or process frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, or other iterative variations)
• Understanding of OOP principles, design patterns, and experience applying them
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and ability to write efficient queries
• Ability to work with REST API (integration and creation)
• Basic skills in working with Docker and version control system Git
• Basic understanding of message bus systems (Kafka/RabbitMQ/WSO2) between applications
• Ability to understand someone else's code and documentation
• English language proficiency sufficient for reading technical documentation on development tools and CRM descriptions
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript 2015 (ES6)
• Will be a plus:

- Experience with ERPNext or Odoo will be a huge advantage - Understanding of development cycles and project management in ERP systems - Experience integrating business processes with CRM/ERP systems - Ability to read code written in Java/Scala/PHP - Understanding of development cycles and project management in ERP systems
