About this role
We are an international Web3 project and one of the top aggregators of crypto exchanges, seeking a BD Manager to drive partner acquisition and growth.
Description
We are an international Web3 project and one of the top aggregators of crypto exchanges. Our service combines offers from reliable partners, supports thousands of popular tokens, and finds the best rates on the market for users.
Responsibilities
- ️ Search and attract partners (wallets, platforms, DeFi);
- ️ Conduct negotiations in English: product presentation and deal closure;
- ️ Manage deals and pipeline in CRM (HubSpot);
- ️ Support the partner until launch (compliance + integration);
- ️ Develop partners and increase volumes.
Requirements
- ️ 2+ years of experience in BD/partnerships in Web3 (crypto, DeFi, wallets, swap projects);
- ️ Experience in the full deal cycle: from acquisition to growth post-integration;
- ️ Ability to explain complex products (API, liquidity, cross-chain) in simple terms for business;
- ️ English B2+ (negotiations and correspondence);
- ️ Experience with CRM (HubSpot or similar);
- ️ Remote work from any country except Russia and Belarus.
