- Search and attract new B2B clients in the CIS market — companies and founders from Crypto, FinTech, iGaming, Affiliate;
- Cold outreach — personal and value-driven;
- Conduct meetings and present agency services;
- Manage the full cycle: from first contact to payment and fulfilling guarantees to the client;
- Build long-term relationships with clients and develop the existing database;
- Prepare commercial proposals and participate in negotiations with decision-makers;
- After signing the contract — transfer the client to the recruitment team and support until the project starts;
- Maintain CRM and sales reporting;
- Attend relevant conferences and industry events;
- Achieve individual KPIs and participate in the development of the commercial direction.
- Experience in B2B sales for at least 2 years — specifically with independent client acquisition;
- Experience negotiating with decision-makers and leading to contract signing;
- Understanding of the Crypto / FinTech / iGaming / Affiliate niches — how the client's business operates and its hiring pain points;
- Experience selling services in a recruitment agency or HR Tech and having a network in these niches in the CIS market will be a significant advantage;
- Experience working with CRM and systematic pipeline management;
- Understanding of LLM capabilities and using AI to optimize workflows;
- English proficiency for conferences and some clients will be a plus.
