- Practical experience in connecting PSPs and payment providers;
- Experience working with the Russian and CIS markets;
- Understanding of Pay-in / Pay-out and building payment cascades;
- Experience in iGaming / high-risk;
- Skills in commercial negotiations with PSPs and payment partners;
- Own network among providers;
- English from B2.
