Seeking a CEO to lead an international group of companies in the crypto and fintech sectors, focusing on P&L management, strategic development, and operational results.

Products:
— Crypto Processing (high-risk verticals, on/off-ramp, settlement)
— Global Treasury (multi-currency treasury accounting, fiat/stablecoin settlements)
— Technology Platform (proprietary SaaS platform)
— Full P&L management of the group, strategy, and operations
— Replace the founder in day-to-day management
— Lead three General Managers, CFO, HRD, Legal, Compliance
— Scale existing business and launch new directions
— Develop B2B relationships with institutional clients
— Participate in business trips, meetings, conferences
— Experience in a CEO / MD role in international FinTech / payments / crypto / EMI
— Experience in FinTech / Payments / Crypto / EMI is strictly required
— Experience managing multiple businesses / jurisdictions
— Understanding of regulations (EMI, MiCA, CASP)
— Fluent English
— Willingness to travel
— B2B contract
— 28 working days of vacation, sick leave (up to 30 days), holidays according to the UK calendar
