International iGaming holding seeks a Group CEO / Regional Managing Director to oversee brand portfolio development in Tier-1 markets and manage multiple CEOs within the region.
Responsibilities
- Manage 3–6 local CEOs and develop the regional portfolio.
- Formulate strategies for entering and scaling new GEOs.
- Control P&L, GGR, NGR, ROI, CPA, Retention, and investment efficiency.
- Build processes between marketing, product, finance, and operations teams.
- Participate in selecting and developing CEOs for new projects.
- Work with investors and defend the regional development strategy.
Requirements
- Experienced leader from B2C iGaming.
- Experience managing multiple brands, markets, or business units.
- Deep understanding of Tier-1 markets, licensing, payment solutions, and marketing models.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, systematic approach, and ability to scale business.
