We are looking for a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead the marketing of VOICE, the #1 OpinionFi platform on Solana.
Responsibilities

- Systems & Execution: Implement and manage Kanban, update tasks, strict deadline control. No task should be left without status.
- Operations & Rituals: Conduct daily meetings, weekly meetings, and maintain clear documentation (plans, analytics, reporting).
- High-Stakes GTM: Develop and lead product and token launch strategy, manage narrative in X.
- Full Leadership: Proactively propose solutions, allocate resources, and take responsibility for the final result.
Requirements
Requirements
- 5+ years in Crypto Marketing: Deep understanding of Crypto Twitter and audience engagement mechanics.
- Proven Track Record: Experience in projects with FDV $50M+ or audience of 50k+ users, with cases and proofs.
- Management Expert: Ability to clearly set tasks and control their execution, as well as allocate resources effectively.
- Native/Advanced English: Fluent in AMA/Spaces, communication with Tier-1 partners and investors.
- Resilience: Understanding of what 'active phase' means. Be available on weekends and maintain focus in stressful situations.
