About this role
XPN Network is seeking a Chief Product Officer to lead product development and user experience for their psychological services and training programs. This is a hands-on role focused on transforming strategic vision into a scalable product.
Description
We are an international company, XPN Network, focused on developing and promoting our own projects in the mobile applications market. We are currently developing one of our directions in the field of psychological services and professional training for psychologists.
Responsibilities
- Develop the product and manage the roadmap
- Define and improve key product metrics
- Enhance user experience and customer journey
- Analyze user behavior and validate product hypotheses
- Gather feedback and identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and AI engineers on product development
Requirements
- Experience as CPO / Head of Product / Senior Product Manager
- Experience in independent product development
- Strong hands-on approach
- Ability to work with data and product metrics
- Experience in user research and hypothesis testing
- Understanding of unit economics and the commercial side of the product
- High autonomy and ownership mindset
- English B2+
