Seeking a Chief Security Officer to lead corporate and physical security across 5 offices in 4 countries, managing a team of around 30 and external contractors.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Audit the current system, assess risks, and develop a security strategy.
- Organize the protection of employees, offices, and corporate events.
- Conduct personnel checks, internal audits, and protect confidential information in collaboration with relevant teams.
- Manage the team and contractors, implement standards, and respond to incidents.
Requirements
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in security, including in international companies.
- Knowledge of corporate, economic, and physical security, understanding of information security fundamentals.
- Experience in personnel checks and ensuring the security of facilities.
- Experience in managing people and building processes.
- Fluent in Russian or Ukrainian, English B2+.
