We are looking for a CPA Affiliate Manager to handle affiliate partnerships, monitor traffic, and optimize collaboration conditions in the iGaming sector.
Responsibilities

- Process partnership requests, onboard new affiliates, and support existing ones;
- Monitor traffic, results, and partner quality, analyze key metrics;
- Identify potential fraud and suspicious traffic patterns;
- Optimize collaboration conditions based on partner performance;
- Maintain reporting, monitor the market, and participate in competitor analysis.
Requirements
Requirements
- Experience in affiliate marketing, CPA networks, iGaming, betting, or performance marketing;
- Understanding of key metrics: Leads, FTD, CPA, Conversion Rate, ROI, Traffic Quality;
- Ability to analyze partner effectiveness and traffic quality, identify fraud;
- Strong communication skills and experience working with partners;
- Proficient in spreadsheets, CRM, and tracking tools.
