Join a VARA-licensed OTC desk as a Product Manager, working remotely to develop infrastructure for digital assets and fiat payments.
Description
The company develops its own infrastructure for working with digital assets and fiat payments. The product includes an OTC platform, a web cabinet, and a mobile application.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management in FinTech, Crypto, Trading, or Payments;
- Experience launching products in a regulated environment and understanding compliance requirements;
- Practical experience using AI tools in work;
- Experience in TradFi and understanding of OTC, custody, or digital asset infrastructure;
- Attention to detail, data, non-standard scenarios, and complex product cases;
- Proficient oral and written Russian, English at B2 level.
