Greenatom is looking for a Chief Technical Architect for their HR-tech product. This remote role involves designing microservices architecture and managing technology stacks.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Design microservices architecture for HRM product: develop and document architectural solutions for modules such as payroll, attendance, vacation schedules, etc.
- Manage technology stack: select technologies, libraries, and frameworks, control their usage, plan migration and modernization.
- Ensure system scalability and fault tolerance, optimize performance.
- Control the quality of technical architecture: conduct architectural code and design reviews.
- Develop and agree on project documentation.
- Interact with architects from other areas and related services on integration issues.
Requirements
Requirements
- Higher technical education.
- Experience in designing technical architecture for high-load systems based on microservices.
- Experience coordinating a team of architects of 5 or more people.
- Understanding of information security requirements and working with personal data (152-FZ).
- Stack: Node.js or Elixir, React or TypeScript.
- Experience with Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka.
