- Design target and transition architecture for the Mortgage stream
- Participate in the development, scaling, and support of current solutions with a focus on reliability, scalability, and alignment with business goals
- Collaborate with development teams, architects from other domains, and stakeholders
- Update architectural documentation, conduct technical assessments, and organize architectural demos and meetups

- Our stack: Back-end — Java + Spring Boot; Front-end — JavaScript + React; mobile development — knowledge of native mobile application architectures is required; containerization and orchestration — Kubernetes; data storage — PostgreSQL, Cassandra, Redis, MinIO; asynchronous interaction — Kafka, ArtemisMQ; Camunda 8 Stack — key component for orchestrating payment processes
- At least 5 years of experience as a Solution / Software / System Architect or Tech Lead with architectural responsibility
- Experience in designing high-load and fault-tolerant systems: preferably with a user base of over 1 million clients, load of 500+ RPS, and availability SLA of 99.9%+
- Deep understanding of microservices architecture and (preferably) micro-frontends, modularity principles, API-oriented integration, scaling strategies, and domain isolation
- Knowledge of BPMN and ArchiMate notations for documenting processes and architectural solutions
- Experience in architectural reviews, architectural oversight, and managing technical debt
- Experience with the current technology stack
- Bonus: skills in prototyping and PoC solutions, conducting R&D — ability to quickly assemble prototypes to test architectural hypotheses
