Join ДОМ.РФ as a Platform Engineer (DevOps Engineer) to develop and enhance the development platform, manage Kubernetes clusters, and work with product teams in a remote setting.
Responsibilities
- Develop the development platform, design and implement new platform integrations as a service for teams: from idea to deployment, access, monitoring, and documentation.
- Enhance the current stack: secrets, managed databases, Kafka, registry, GitOps, CI/CD, observability.
- Support Kubernetes clusters and platform services, troubleshoot incidents, maintain monitoring and logging.
- Participate in infrastructure development: virtual machines, automation, related platform components.
- Independently lead tasks to completion: clarify requirements, push stakeholders, escalate blockers.
- Submit requests for network access, accounts, certificates, and approvals as necessary.
- Work with product teams as clients of the platform and ensure integrations are completed.
- Utilize LLM and AI agents in daily work and develop these practices within the team, including through MCP.
Requirements
- 5+ years in infrastructure, platform engineering, or SRE.
- Experience with Kubernetes in production: operators, Helm, networking, storage, RBAC, incident resolution.
- Practical GitOps experience: infrastructure and services described in Git, changes made through merge requests, not manually in the cluster.
- Experience with Terraform and/or Ansible.
- Experience with turnkey integrations: Vault, PostgreSQL and Kafka operators, registry, monitoring.
- Understanding of corporate contours: networks, DNS, accounts, certificates, approvals with adjacent teams and information security.
- Ability to drive tasks to completion: requests, correspondence, escalations.
- Active work with LLM and AI agents: incident resolution, code and manifests, documentation, exploring unfamiliar APIs.
