Responsibilities
Your Role
- Provide technical support to Tech Leads and development teams.
- Assist Tech Leads in defining technological solutions.
- Collaborate with development teams in designing components, APIs, and integrations.
- Participate in defining technical choices, standards, and best practices.
- Collaborate on architecture definition.
- Lead the definition and validation of Low Level Design (LLD).
- Coordinate design activities among teams, ensuring consistency with architecture and company standards.
- Support the Architecture team in disseminating technical guidelines.
- Provide technical analysis and qualified feedback on design choices.
- Facilitate technical alignment among teams.
- Interact with Architecture, Platform, Security, Infrastructure, Delivery, and QA.
- Contribute to the dissemination of technical knowledge, good practices, and shared models.
- Support teams in defining reliable, observable, and scalable solutions.
- Promote the adoption of innovative technologies, frameworks, and tools.
- Support the design of cloud-native, event-driven, and agent-based solutions.
- Encourage the use of automation tools and Artificial Intelligence in development processes.
- Facilitate technical coordination among various stakeholders.
