Geometrium School is looking for a strong CMO to manage marketing, P&L, traffic, team, and revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage P&L and budget of ~7 million ₽/month: DRR, ROMI, CPL, revenue
- Develop automated webinar funnels: reach, conversion, economics
- Manage traffic, team, and contractors
- Identify and calculate growth points through data and hypotheses
Requirements
- Experience as CMO / Head of Marketing in EdTech, info business, or online schools
- Practical experience with webinar funnels
- Experience managing a budget of ~7 million ₽/month
- Strong understanding of unit economics and DRR
- Experience managing a team and contractors
