We are the largest Russian-speaking Telegram channel about indie games. We need someone who will take care of the life and atmosphere of our chats. You will make the community lively, useful, and friendly for both players and developers.

- Experience as a community manager or moderator in gaming communities (at least 1 year).
- Understanding how to create a lively and non-toxic atmosphere, not just 'banning for rule violations'. We operate on the principle of 'owner, not overseer'.
- Ability to write clearly, friendly, and connect with different people.
- Initiative: propose ideas for activities, identify growth points for the community.
- Willingness to dedicate time daily (including weekends) on a part-time basis.
