About this role
Forever Estates is looking for two Content Managers to oversee short-form and YouTube content production. Join a dynamic team in real estate advisory and brokerage.
Description
Forever Estates: real estate advisory & brokerage + mortgage brokerage in the UAE. Most clients come to us from content on YouTube and Instagram.
Responsibilities
- Manage content production from idea to publication. One person for short-form (Reels, Shorts), another for YouTube long-form.
- Research trending topics and create a list of ideas.
- Assign tasks to the research team and draft the initial script.
- Manage editors and designers, check edits.
- Publish, trial reels, and analyze performance.
Requirements
- We are looking for those who want to become top 1% experts in content. We have worked with people from MrBeast, Iman Gadzhi, and Law By Mike, so there will be plenty to learn from.
- Experience is not required. Organization, strong research skills, and the ability to follow through are essential. Experience in a creative agency or marketing is a plus.
- Fluent English is mandatory.
Conditions & Benefits
- Direct reporting to the founder and CEO (ex-BCG, led non-credit retail business at Ozon, grew it from scratch to top-5 in Russia).
- Remote work, with potential relocation to the UAE in the future.
- Full-time or part-time.
- Payment in USD, depending on seniority.
