Join Diaverse as a Content Producer to build a large AI-powered content factory focused on lifestyle and health. Lead a team to create engaging short videos across multiple platforms.
Description
Diaverse is an ecosystem of healthy habits and a gaming lifestyle that helps people turn walking, movement, and self-care into a daily practice through technology, community, and content.
Responsibilities
- Build the content factory as a system, not a chaotic set of publications
- Establish a pipeline: idea → script → production → editing → publication → analytics → scaling
- Launch and develop a network of short-video accounts
- Find and scale viral mechanics
- Manage the content team and contractors
- Implement AI tools in content production
- Participate in automating content processes with the IT team
- Understand which processes can be systematized and automated
- Build processes that can operate at scale
- Participate in forming the company's media strategy
Requirements
- Experience in short-video/content/growth marketing
- Understanding of attention retention and virality mechanics
- Understanding of automation and systematization of processes
- Ability to see content not as 'creativity for creativity's sake' but as a scalable system
- Systematic and producer thinking
- Ability to take responsibility for results
- Interest in AI and automation
- Desire to build something big for the long term, not just 'manage content'
