Join our expanding affiliate agency team as a Copywriter/Head of Content or Project Manager/Operations Lead, focusing on Forex and Crypto content and project operations.
Description
We are an expanding affiliate agency looking for specialists: Copywriters, Head of Content, and Project Managers.
Responsibilities
Copywriter
- Develop full posts from the existing plan.
- Translate complex analytics and deal mechanics into understandable, expert language for audience engagement.
Head of Content
- Refine content strategy, test hypotheses, control tone of voice and quality of copywriters' work, analyze metrics (ERR, reach).
Project Manager
- Control departments (content, sales, contractors).
- Synchronize traffic, content, and operations.
- Reporting and analytics.
- Control quality of sales and content.
- Work with partners and finances.
Requirements
Copywriter
- Strong background in the niche: understanding lots, points, risk management, specifics of Forex, and retro drops.
- Ability to convey meanings and write without clichés.
- Discipline, meeting deadlines, and quick response during shifts.
Project Manager
- 2+ years of experience in digital/affiliate/fintech.
- Understanding of CPA, RevShare, funnels, and metrics (CPL, CPA, ROMI, CR).
- Experience managing remote teams.
- Skills in analytics, task setting, and process building.
