About this role
Join a leading wind energy company as a Country Manager to drive business development and manage client relationships in the offshore sector.
Description
Bee Talents has been building IT teams globally since 2015. We are recruiting for a client in the wind energy sector, providing comprehensive services in wind turbine technology for over 20 years. The company aims to supply 100% renewable energy and is expanding its offshore division.
Responsibilities
- Business development and client acquisition in the offshore energy sector.
- Managing client relationships based on trust and partnership.
- Conducting contract negotiations and agreements.
- Leading and developing the offshore team.
- Strengthening the company's market position in Poland.
- Coordinating with the German parent company and international stakeholders.
- Co-developing long-term business strategy for the offshore division.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience, including 3 years in sales and 2 years in the wind energy sector.
- Experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development.
- Managerial experience in team management and business operations.
- Knowledge of the wind energy sector, preferably offshore.
- Long-term commitment to stable business development.
