- Execute and support PTMS's business intelligence initiatives.
- Conduct data quality checks and implement data validation processes to ensure accuracy.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators and business metrics.
- Extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources to support decision-making.
- Work with department heads to deliver analytical insights for different teams across the company.
- Ensure data analysis follows regulatory requirements.
- Support departmental stakeholders with ad-hoc analysis and reporting requests.
- Have a strong expertise with data quality assurance and validation processes.
- Have 2+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
- Are fluent in English.
- Are experienced in working with both real-time and batch data processing.
- Possess experience in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Are familiar with our industry’s metrics and KPIs.
