Description

Responsibilities
- Own safety datasets: collection, cleaning, labeling, quality control, and versioning.
- Translate safety policy requirements into unified labeling and evaluation criteria with policy specialists.
- Design and manage labeling processes: select, onboard, and supervise external contractors.
- Build evaluation workflows for models in production using real-world data.
Requirements
- Experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar role with real datasets and ML models.
- Understanding of collection, cleaning, sampling, labeling, quality control, and evaluation of datasets.
- Proficient in Python and SQL for analysis and practical data workflows.
- Critical thinking: ability to turn complex rules into sequential scalable solutions.
