- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the OTC derivatives space.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with institutional clients.
- Guide clients through complex derivative transactions.
- Collaborate with trading, structuring, legal, and operations teams.
- Strong understanding of OTC derivative products.
- Proven experience in a client-facing sales trading role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
- Full-time remote position based in Portugal.
- Competitive salary ranging from $112K to $188K.
