What You Will Do
- Facilitate the hedging needs of client flows, ensuring best in class service.
- Manage risk exposures within the company's risk appetite.
- Contribute to the growth of the trading business.
- Perform principal trading exposure management infrastructure and processes.
- Build and optimize the trading desk’s pricing, risk models and governing controls.
- Follow market narratives to contribute perspectives to internal research efforts.
- Be available to respond to changing exposures, client questions and requests, including rotations on weekends and off-hours.
What Is Required
- 5+ years experience as an OTC trader in the cryptocurrency space.
- Demonstrated ability to convert institutional prospects into trading clients.
