DevCasi is looking for a DevOps / Platform Engineer with Go experience to work on infrastructure and operational tasks directly with the CTO. Competitive salary and full-time office position in Cyprus.

DevCasi is looking for a DevOps / Platform Engineer with Go experience to work on infrastructure and operational tasks directly with the CTO. Competitive salary and full-time office position in Cyprus.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Direct work with CTO: architectural and operational tasks of infrastructure
  • Support and development of Kubernetes clusters: ArgoCD, Helm, GitLab CI/CD
  • Code in Go: internal utilities and CLI, metric exporters, operators and helpers for the platform, edits in monorepo services
  • Infrastructure as code — OpenTofu, Ansible
  • Network perimeter: routing, VPN, DNS, TLS, ingress, firewall, segmentation
  • Docker / docker compose — local and staging environments for developers
  • First line of incident response: alert analysis, escalation, postmortems
  • Basic administration of services — access, email, admin panels
Requirements

Requirements

  • Kubernetes in production — not just 'set up minikube', but monitored and fixed
  • GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD, understanding of GitOps approach
  • Networking — TCP/IP, DNS, NAT, VPN, TLS; ability to read tcpdump and not panic
  • Docker, docker compose
  • Ansible, OpenTofu (or Terraform)
  • Linux at a confident administration level
  • Grafana and alerting — dashboards, metrics and logs, alert rules setup, working with Prometheus / Loki / Alloy
  • Collecting metrics from services in Kubernetes — exporters and sidecars, ServiceMonitor / scrape configs, wrapping applications with metrics, RED/USE approach to dashboards
  • Kafka and NATS — not just 'set up', but understanding delivery semantics, consumer groups, lag
  • Experience with high load and fintech — payment integrations, money, reliability requirements
  • Willingness to connect to incidents outside standard hours
  • English — documentation and correspondence
