### Responsibilities #### Financial Management - Oversee all financial operations and direct corporate financial planning and structure. - Manage the preparation of financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and regulatory requirements. - Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information and reporting. - Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability. #### Budgeting and Forecasting - Lead the budgeting process and quarterly forecasting updates. - Monitor and analyse budget performance and implement corrective actions as necessary. - Provide detailed financial analysis and modelling to support strategic initiatives. #### Compliance and Strategic Planning - Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations and standards. - Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure financial governance. - Partner with the executive team to develop and execute long-term financial strategies. - Provide financial insights and recommendations to inform business decisions and strategies. #### Team Leadership and Stakeholder Communication - Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. - Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for finance staff. - Manage relationships with external auditors, investors, and financial institutions. - Present financial reports and insights to the executive team, board of directors, and investors. - Communicate financial performance and strategy to internal and external stakeholders.

### What are we looking for? #### Education and Experience - Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred. - Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. - Proven experience in the technology or blockchain industry is highly desirable. #### Skills and Competencies - Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and financial regulations. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset. - Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as ERP systems, Excel, and financial modeling. - Exceptional leadership and team management abilities. - Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly.
