Description
iGaming SEO Network is looking for a Domain Manager to manage the domain contour of the SEO direction. The role is at the intersection of SEO and Development: a large portfolio of domains, registrars, DNS, Cloudflare, renewals, access, and resolving domain-related incidents.
Responsibilities
- Manage a large portfolio of domains and their lifecycle
- Purchase new and approved drop domains
- Work with multiple registrars: registrations, transfers, renewals, auto-renew, and domain statuses
- Configure DNS, nameservers, SSL, and Cloudflare
- Monitor renewals, payments, costs, and access
- Maintain a unified domain registry and history of changes
- Connect domains to Google Search Console, GA4, Yandex Webmaster, Bing Webmaster Tools, and other services
- Check the history and status of drop domains
- Diagnose domain-related incidents and interact with registrar/hosting support
- Handle abuse complaints, verification requests, and other problematic cases
- Collaborate with SEO Specialists and Developers
Requirements
- At least 1.5 years of practical experience with domains
- Experience managing a large domain portfolio; 100+ domains is a big plus
- Experience working with multiple registrars
- Strong understanding of DNS, NS, A, CNAME, TXT, MX, and SSL
- Practical experience with Cloudflare
- Systematic approach to renewals, billing, accounting, and access management
- Proficient with Google Sheets/Excel
- Understanding of aged/expired/drop domains
- English from B1 level for working with support and documentation
