Description
Hrocket is a crypto OTC liquidity provider and financial intermediary operating in multiple jurisdictions, including Cyprus and Switzerland, focusing on compliance, security, and modern blockchain technologies.
Responsibilities
- Understand current processes and distribution of responsibilities, take control of operational routines across multiple legal entities (invoices, payments to suppliers, documentation, accounting data) and streamline them to minimize manual oversight.
- Prepare financial processes for new companies before they start active operations.
- Standardize processes across all legal entities.
- Participate in the preparation of reports and reconciliations.
- Coordinate work with banks, payment providers, and internal teams.
- Implement automation to prevent bottlenecks during scaling.
Requirements
- At least 5 years in a financial function in crypto/fintech (European and Canadian markets; only CIS experience is insufficient).
- Experience working with multiple legal entities simultaneously.
- Understanding of payments (crypto and fiat) and international settlements.
- Experience with European jurisdictions; international law is a plus.
- Mindset focused on automation and process optimization, rather than manual Excel reconciliations.
- Independence and attention to detail; manage tasks end-to-end.
- Fluent in English and Russian.
