About this role
Stellar Card is seeking a Financial Controller & Treasury specialist to automate financial processes and manage cash flows. Remote position available for candidates living outside of Russia.
Description
Stellar Card is a B2B fintech startup and leader in infrastructure for advertising payments. We provide virtual cards for teams to pay advertising expenses from anywhere in the world, including cryptocurrency. We are a reliable partner for Visa, Mastercard, Stripe, and Circle.
Responsibilities
- Automate payment processes and reporting using n8n and other tools;
- Control the company's cash flows: track the movement of funds, including all payouts, transfers, and money in transit;
- Conduct reconciliations of balances, commissions, and financial operations;
- Execute the full cycle of payments: review requests, prepare payments, control execution and compliance with the payment calendar;
- Work in Airtable, Nocodb, Metabase, and other systems: control payment requests, accuracy of statuses, automate accounting;
- Monitor liquidity levels;
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data in accounting systems;
- Monitor client top-ups, commissions, and service deductions;
- Analyze deviations and dynamics of financial indicators;
- Control the closing of management accounting periods.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in finance;
- Understanding of cash flow: payments, transfers, and account balances;
- Understanding of P&L structure and cash flow movements;
- Intermediate level of English or higher;
- High attention to detail and meticulousness;
- Initiative in process improvement.
