Responsibilities
- Search and research potential candidate sources and relevant communities
- Conduct targeted searches and attract active and passive candidates
- Develop and maintain relationships with professional communities
- Interact with hiring managers to understand position requirements
- Conduct initial candidate screening for compliance with requirements
- Maintain up-to-date data on searches and candidates
- Provide timely updates on activity and candidate funnel
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience as an HR Sourcer or in a similar recruiting position
- Experience in outreach and working with professional communities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of search tools and social platforms
- Independence and organization in work
- Attention to detail
- Proficiency in English and Russian is preferred
