Description
CompassSpace is a recruiting agency, and we are looking for a Sourcer to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Search for IT specialists for current vacancies;
- Use LinkedIn, Telegram, Discord, job sites, and other sources;
- Find and attract relevant candidates;
- Conduct initial contact;
- Pass suitable candidates to the recruiter;
- Work with the database and keep it up to date;
Conditions & Benefits
- Fully remote work;
- Work in Russian and English;
- Schedule: 5/2 | 09:00–19:00;
- 1 hour for lunch + 2 breaks of 15 minutes;
- Salary: $500–800 + 50% of the recruiter's bonus ($250-500);
