Description
CompassSpace is a recruiting agency, and we are currently opening a recruitment for an IT Recruiter for our team.
Responsibilities
- Search and attract IT specialists;
- Work with responses and independently find candidates;
- Conduct initial communication and selection;
- Present vacancies and the company to candidates;
- Support candidates at all stages of the process;
- Perform recruitment tasks and work towards specific results.
Requirements
- Experience in recruiting is mandatory;
- Russian and English languages at B2 level.
Conditions & Benefits
- Fully remote work - you can work from anywhere in the world;
- Schedule 5/2 | 09:00–19:00;
- 1 hour for lunch + 2 breaks of 15 minutes;
- Salary $1,000–1,300 + bonuses;
- Video office.
