Partnerkin is looking for a Recruiter to join their team. The role involves full-cycle recruitment and working with clients in Digital, IT, and iGaming sectors.
Description
We are a recruiting agency that operates at the intersection of Digital, IT, Affiliate Marketing, and iGaming. We are currently expanding our team and looking for a recruiter who can truly understand people, build communication, and lead candidates to successful offers.
Responsibilities
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment: from briefing to candidate onboarding;
- Search for specialists through LinkedIn, Telegram, professional communities, and unconventional sources;
- Conduct interviews, assess candidates' competencies and motivations;
- Interact with clients, understand business tasks, and help find optimal solutions;
- Independently manage the candidate funnel and prioritize vacancies.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment;
- English proficiency from B2;
- Confident sourcing and interviewing skills;
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously;
- Independence, initiative, and result-oriented.
