- Manage and drive the entire recruitment cycle, including proactive sourcing, screening, interviewing, feedback, and offers for candidates at all levels.
- Build candidate pools for multiple open positions across different teams and regions, considering diversity and the importance of presenting balanced candidate slates.
- Foster inclusion by building diverse candidate pools from the top of the recruitment funnel.
- Collaborate with talent partners, hiring managers, HR Operations, and Finance to develop hiring strategy and plan.
- Influence business leaders and educate hiring managers on the process, best practices for interviewing, and decision-making.
- Provide exceptional experiences for candidates.
- Invent new ways to surprise and delight candidates throughout our interview process.
- Accurately record candidate data and properly use systems to produce reports for the business.
- Find the brightest and most passionate people for Airbnb by leveraging innovative and creative ways to identify and engage them.
- Represent Airbnb with integrity and professionalism. Speak about Airbnb and our mission with passion and authenticity.

- A minimum of 5 to 7 years or more of full-cycle recruiting experience is required.
- Experience supporting a global operations function, including customer service roles, is a plus.
- Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced recruitment environment, with the ability to manage a large number of rapidly evolving open positions while maintaining high standards and short closing timelines.
- Demonstrated ability to provide a tailored and personalized experience to senior executives, stakeholders, and candidates.
- Proven track record of sourcing, assessing, and closing exceptional candidates in competitive talent markets, quota-driven or commercial environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- Strong analytical skills and influence leadership.
- Positive and proactive attitude. Welcomes feedback and constantly seeks to improve and progress.
- Comfortable working in a highly ambiguous and fast-growing environment.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills, solution-oriented: able to manage multiple concurrent searches with tight deadlines.
- Authentic curiosity and a strong desire to learn and continuously improve.
- Strong initiative, creativity, perseverance, and flexibility.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms (Greenhouse, Ashby, Gem), as well as proven experience using AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT to design recruitment automations and streamline workflows, are a plus.
- Ability to communicate in English and French OR Spanish is a plus.
