About this role
Join Airbnb's Global Foundation Recruiting team as a Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for sales and corporate functions, ensuring exceptional candidate experiences.
Description

Every day, hosts offer unique stays and experiences that make it possible for guests to connect with communities in a more authentic way.
Responsibilities
- Manage and drive a full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interview, feedback and offers for all levels of candidates from entry to senior level.
- Build pipeline for multiple requisitions across both CBO and corporate teams and geographies.
- Partner with talent partners, hiring managers, talent operations and finance to build hiring strategy and plan.
- Influence business leaders and educate hiring managers on process, interview best practices, and decision making.
- Provide exceptional, high-touch "white glove" candidate experiences.
- Accurately track candidate data and use systems correctly.
- Find the best, and most passionate people for Airbnb using new and creative ways.
Requirements
- 5 - 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Proven success recruiting for both revenue-generating roles and corporate/G&A functions.
- Experience operating in a high-velocity, high-volume recruiting environment.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver a "white glove," high-touch experience for senior stakeholders and candidates.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Well-developed analytical and influencing skills.
- Positive, can-do attitude and comfort with ambiguity.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
